How do I pay, and what methods are available?
We accept credit and debit card payments only. When you rent, you set up your card on file, and payments will process automatically. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
Do I need my own lock?
No need to bring your own—Storagely provides a lock free of charge.
How do I cancel my lease?
To request a cancellation, contact us at least 10 days before your move-out date. It's a simple, stress-free process.
When can I access my storage unit?

Store larger or less-used items at the back and leave a walkway down the middle for easy access. Label all boxes and keep a list of their contents. Pro tip: Take photos of box contents and tape them to the outside for quick reference.
